Choice is certainly an important element of living an intentional life. Each choice we make, each preference we discern, and each awakening to what we want shifts the course of the powerful river of intention. We are focusing on a different kind of choice in this spread. Today we are considering the choices we make about our thoughts. What do we do with them, especially when they are less than helpful? We always have a choice.
