The Power of Intention and Love - Derek John Thomas

There is great power in alignment. Physical alignment allows us to use our bodies the most efficiently. Spiritual alignment allows us to have the greatest access to the power of intention to move in the direction of the experiences we want to have and the lives we want to live. Alignment can be seen as a deep spiritual love relationship between all aspects of our selves, from the unconscious mind to the eternal natures that we are having these human experiences.
As we are aligned within ourselves, we are also able to form more powerful relationships with the other beings here we interact with in the physical universe. However we also want to recognize that with power comes responsibility. We have responsibility for the lives we are living and the experiences we are having. This isn’t the responsibility of blame, but rather the responsibility of the knowledge that we create our own realities.
