Balance and Receptivity

Balance is helpful to living the intentional life. When you think of balance in life, what are some areas that come to mind? Work/Home balance? Balance in relationships? Nutritional balance? This week we are looking at more fundamental balances, for example the balance between thought and emotion and conscious and unconscious. However, this is just the beginning. From balance we begin to explore opening to the receptive mind. We may be spending too much effort searching for answers that we already have within us in either the unconscious or the superconscious or both.

This week we move from balance to receptivity. We also ask four questions:

1) How can I be more flexible?
2) How am I willing to change?
3) What am I attracted to?
4) How can I express myself?
