The story continues from the last month, it seems. We are asked to continue to keep to shelter and do introspection. The focus for this self-examination is to find our limiting beliefs and our unexplored or unrecognized desires. Do you know that you have limiting beliefs?
Do you know what they are? They come in many varieties. Some are very individual. We are told, or through our personal experience we believe that we cannot do something, we don’t have the ability or talent to become something. Perhaps we are even told that we aren’t worthy. Other limiting beliefs are more collective. We hear or learn from our families or larger society that there are certain things we may not do, there are people we cannon love, or there are things and people that we may not support. Of course, we aren’t talking about actions or speech that hurt other people physicaly, emotionally, psychologically, or spiritually. There are things that we want to do or become that we are not allowing ourselves to do or be, whether we acknowledge them or not.
This week we are asked to plum the depts of our psyches for what we haven’t allowed ourselves to do or be.
