Love can of course take many forms. When you look at your current circumstances and think of love, what comes to mind?
Our evolution calls us to make conscious and deliberate change in our lives. The new us is going to need to react to people and circumstances in our lives in new ways.
if our sacred practice stays in our sacred space or on our meditation or yoga mats, we receive only a fraction of the benefit possible from those practices. And if we receive only a fraction of the benefit, so do all of the people around us and the rest of the planet.
The overall theme of this week’s spread is very positive, with a clear side note to be careful to avoid burnout.
This can be stimulating, evolutionary, and emotionally rich time, but there is the very real possibility that we may get so engrossed in the new or revived thing that we forget to do the things we call self-care.
