Inner Child
What if we saw that that inner child, once relieved of the burdens of past wounds, is not here to follow but to lead?

Storms clear away the debris and those areas of our lives that have become encrusted by the dust of accumulated experience.
If we are engrossed in and perhaps even drowning in the details, the minutiae of our lives we miss the full experience of our lives.
The entryway to today’s spread is abundance. When we stop to think about it, most of us know that we are abundant beings in an abundant universe. And yet, we still slip into the mindset that abundance is something we are moving toward, reaching for, or trying to attain. We sometimes even imagine that abundance is a trophy or proof that we have been successful at living life intentionally.
This week we are asked to look at moving gently with the power of intention. Our job isn’t to be the power, to make things happen, to force our will upon the universe, but rather to move smoothly and, yes, gently, with the current of intention.
Emotions are both the fuel of manifestation and the indicator of how open we are to taking advantage of the power of intention. We might even say that the lives we are living in these human bodies are first and foremost emotional journeys.
This week’s tarot and oracle spread asks us to consider the Divine Feminine in all of us regardless of our gender or non-gender identification. The meaning of the Divine Feminine in this week’s reading is our potential to be open and receptive. This stance of what I call active receptivity is what allows us to fly toward new life and success. It is, in essence, living the intentional life.
Have you heard that the best way to learn is by doing? Do you agree with the statement that the best way to learn is to teach? If you do, how does that apply to living the intentional life? Can it apply to spirituality? I believe it can and does. This week’s tarot and oracle spread explores the idea that learning, becoming, and teaching are segments of a cycle of existing in this physical universe.
