Here in the Midst of Change - Derek John Thomas - The Intentional Life with Tarot

Opportunities are wonderful, and many if not most of us keep our eyes open for them. We hope for and look forward to opportunities to do things, have experiences, or even become who we want to be. We don’t always remember that the opportunities will bring changes for us. We will either need to clear out physical space or time in our lives to make room for the new thing. This could include moving a little or far from our comfort zones. The opportunities could be uncomfortable to one extent or another.

Here at the New Year, we may even be considering creating new opportunities intentionally. This week’s spread is suggesting that we don’t be entirely brash when beginning a change. We want to be circumspect, but not cowardly. We want to be careful of not falling into worry either, but doing the work that allows the new and the old aspects of our lives come together in a wonderful alchemy.
